U. vient de me faire part de la réponse qu'il a reçue de Londres au sujet du rapatriement des équipages du WINNIPEG, de l'ARIXA et des vaisseaux de l'Intense de l'Intense (pris) par la marine britannique.

I° Tout en prenant acte des déclarations faites par l'ambassadeur en conformité des informations contenues dans votre tél. 470, 71xx le gouvernement britannique maintient son opposition au rapatriement de nos équipages en invoquant que la ... française fonctionne sous le contrôle de puissances de l'axe.
