En vue de faciliter nos demandes auprès de la C.A.A. tant sur ce point qu'en ce qui regarde l'autorisation de ré-affrètement du "MERCPE" (que nous sommes nous-mêmes d'accord ... donné) nous désirons que le département d'état nous confirmât d'urgence qu'il donne un avis favorable au retour de ce pétrolier à Fort de France, d'ailleurs (explicitement) prévu dans le contrat d'affrètement.
