I. Situation actuelle: Armée de la métropole entièrement démobilisée sauf garde. Élément ... composé de personnel civil maintenu dans administration centrale, division militaire, corps de troupes. Officiers de l'armée de l'armistice placés en trois mois. Direction intendance maintenue.
II. Il importe que vous continuiez ci-après (servir) aussi longtemps que possible d'informateur militaire à votre (704) chef de mission avec maximum de prudence et discrétion. Aucun envoi direct de télégrammes de votre part en France.

En égard à situation particulière marins de commerce Antilles et Guyane dont relève est impossible et intérêt les encourage augmenter délégations volontaires, vous propose augmentation comme suit indemnité de stationnement accordée par vos messages 50531, 7 octobre 1941, 50763, 21 octobre, 1941, 56698 et suivant, 31 juillet, 1942:
(392) Marins des navires saisis, un quart solde brute sans changement. Marins des navires stationnant dans les ports une demie au lieu d'un tiers. Marins des navires en voyage eaux américaines deux tiers au lieu d'un tiers.
II. Vous propose accorder en outre cette indemnité aux marins engagés on France pour servir . . . . . annexer ou les caboteurs (groups missing) (393) de communication interdisant de les rapatrier aux termes d'un séjour normal.
