Les informations de Buenos Aires permettent de penser qu'il (y a) dans la démission du Général FELLETO plutôt une opposition personnelle avec le Colonel FERON qu'un (plan) d'ordre politique. Il semble toutefois que celui-ci, qui fait présenter son adversaire comme un ultra-nationaliste, cherche a s'orienter vers un retour aux formes constitutionnelles qui lui permettent de se faire élire président de la nation. Pour cette évolution il oherdempt a se ménager les bonnes grâces du parti radical et amener deux journaux nationalistes a cesser de pareftre, faute d'avoir obtenu le papier nécessaire. En même temps le Colonel FERON se serait assuré le contrôle de la majorité des milieux militaires qui se rendent compte de la nécessité pour Argentine de sortir de l'impasse actuel et cherchent a sauver ce qu'ils peuvent de la dernière révolution. On croit assez généralement que l'évolution qui se prépare serait plus apparente que réelle et destinée a donner une satisfaction de forme aux H.U. pour le plus grand profit du Colonel FERON.

SURASITCH n'a dit cet après-midi qu'il avait demandé une audience au roi PIERRE (pour) essayer, avant d'en venir à une rupture, d'amener le roi, par voie de conciliation, à ajuster ses (vues) et à prendre définitivement ses responsabilités. Le principal atout du Premier ministre, pour qui, le (v. 1945) que le roi a agi sans consultation préalable (SCQ) de son Gouvernement. M. SURASITCH suit avec raison d'ailleurs les conseils de prudence que lui prodigue le Gouvernement britannique.
M. SURASITCH a fait à la déclaration royale une réponse écrite, qu'il a communiquée au Gouvernement britannique, à l'Ancien Roye, et dont je vous enverrai la traduction par valise.

La question des conditions dans lesquelles sera (assurée) la coopération de votre Comité Français Libre considéré en tant qu'œuvre de bienfaisance de guerre et du Comité Canada-France auquel Gouvernement canadien a confié la direction des secours à la France vient enfin d'être réglée après quinze mois de négociation.
La délégation au Canada du bureau de coordination de la Croix-Rouge française et de l'Entrelade constitue le lien d'une part entre nos œuvres françaises au Canada et Canada-France qui est groupement canadien et d'autre part entre cette dernière organisation et la France.
Un nouvel organisme français apparaît comme faisant double emploi et risque de faire renaître (11) un peu de la confusion dont nous sommes sortis à grand'peine.
Par contre, l'existence à Paris d'un comité qui se consacre en partie à répondre des informations exactes sur l'état matériel en France et les besoins de la population pourrait s'avérer fort utile.
Je tiens à ce que ce comité comprenne une ou plusieurs personnalités canadiennes actives et l'... du ... de ce premier.

La démission du Ministre des Affaires étrangères argentin a ... dans les milieux officiels du Chili une attitude de prudente (réserve). Cette réserve se reflète également dans la presse locale qui, tout en donnant place importante aux dépenses traitant de la situation argentine, se garde de tout commentaire. Toutefois le grand journal chilien El Mercurio dont les éditoriums en matière politique étrangère sont souvent d'inspiration officiel (à cru) devoir laisser paraître avec beaucoup d'agrément ce qui est tenu pour le désir intime des dirigeants chiliens: le retour en Argentine à une normalité politique suffisante, ce qui permetrait au gouvernement chilien adopter une attitude de rapprochement plus ouverte à l'égard de la république voisine sans avoir à craindre d'irriter les Etats-Unis.

La position argentine et la représentation des nations sud-américaines dans l'organisation de la (N.C.) ont particulièrement retenu attention des milieux chiliens au cours de la première quinzaine janvier. Opinion (publique) chilienne est en général favorable à l'Argentine. On veut que le problème argentin soit étudié avec sérénité et que l'Argentine soit admise à présenter sa défense dans une réunion continentale.
Quant au projet de Dumbarton Oaks le Chili estime que le continent américain aura un rôle important à jouer dans l'organisation mondiale future, et se prononce contre un panopoleme d'un conseil des grandes puissances qui reléguerait au second plan les décisions d'une assemblée au sein de laquelle figureraient les nations sud-américaines.
Les problèmes français n'ont été commentés qu'à la suite d'articles d'agence dénonçant péril communiste en Europe, argument dont ce sont servis les journaux droite pour des fins propagande électorale désirant que la France ne (succombe) pas à ce nouveau péril.
