M. et Mme GANGNAL comme M. MURGA D'AL ... sont pratiquement inconnus dans les milieux journalistiques argentins. Je n'ai pu jusqu'ici recueillir de renseignements sur leur compte. Non enquête continue.

M. HUGO BARRAGELATA est considéré en Uruguay comme conservateur, partisan Général FRANCO, de tendance fasciste. Au reste peu connu et peu apprécié en Uruguay, collaborateur surtout ... dans journaux français. J'ignore son attitude en France pendant occupation allemande. "La Manana" au surplus est probablement le seul journal uruguayen prenant encore de temps à autre la défense du maréchal FETAIN et s'indignant de l'exécution d'un traître. J'ai demandé à la Paz, Bolivie, des renseignements sur M. DELVEBER. La Raison de la Paz est considérée comme seul (M. : journal?) bolivien démocrate.

Je vous communique en clair sous le no 21 les noms,
prénoms, lieux et dates de naissance et qualités des délégués
et experts désignés pour participer à conférence de Chicago,
et ne se trouvant pas encore aux Etats-Unis. Vous voudrez

pétentes afin que la représentation américaine à Paris, que

Etats-Unis par M.N. SAURET, J. LOUISSEL (délégués) et M.N. BOUCHE,
GARRAULT, AHLION et par le Général LUGUET (experts). Je fais
part au Ministre de la Guerre des réserves que vous avez formulées
au sujet de la désignation du Commandant LESIEUR, et vous ferai
connaître en temps utile la décision (634) de M. TILLON dans
ce sens.

Veuillez aviser notre consul général à Chicago du
désir de M. HYMANS et de ses collègues d'arriver dans cette ville
le 28 octobre au plus tard et prier M. LAVONT DE LAGUINISTE de
veiller à ce que des chambres leur soient réservées et à ce
qu'ils puissent disposer dès leur arrivée des facilités de
travail (635) nécessaires (salles de réunion, dactylos etc).

Le Général LUGUET a fait savoir au (Commissariat de
l'Air) qu'aucun interprète ne serait probablement admis à
la conférence. La délégation française ayant reçu pour
instructions de protester contre une décision qui paraît exclure
