I. Nous vous signalons grande anomalie du fait que nous sommes en situation d'étrétée janvier dernier ne fut suivie au chili d'aucune exécution mais encore que le mouvement engagements volontaires fut également suspendu. Cette immobilisation prolongée au moment précis de la libération territoire national et invasion Allemagne cause étonnement contribuant à diminuer le nombre de jeunes gens et à dégoût beaucoup d'entre eux.

Au cas où le prélèvement mobilisé étranger aurait été abandonné, estime (désirable) reprendre au moins campagne engagements volontaires.

II. Crois que comités qui représentent l'étrétée extérieure doivent être affiliés Conseil National de Résistance et pris demander 10.000 euros d'affiliation. Signe: PIRAUD.

Le bulletin polonais "Polpress" dans son
numéro du 15 septembre accuse vivement le Gouvernement exilé
de Londres et ses agents de la Pologne libérés de "saboter"
l'effort de la libération. Il fait état d'une campagne menée
par les chefs de l'armée de l'intérieur pour insiter la popu-
lation à se dérober à la mobilisation générale décrétée par
le CPLN. Il cite des affirmations sur ce point de délégués
du Gouvernement MIKOLAJCZYK. Une circulaire saisie expli-
quait (2349) que la "désobéissance massive à l'ordre de mo-
bilisation serait un atout précieux pour notre Gouvernement
à Londres". Polpress accuse également les éléments réaction-
naires de fomenter l'(insurrection) des patriotes polonais;
c'est ainsi que dans le district de Bre.U.cev, MN. OPALNSKI
et ZIENA, chefs d'organisations paysannes, auraient été
tués comme dans le district Bramak le Commandant KROPIKINAR,

L'Ambassadeur de la Turquie m'a longuement entretenu hier de la situation créée dans les Balkans par l'avance des armées soviétiques jusqu'aux frontières de la Turquie et de la Grèce. Tout en affectant de ne pas s'inquiéter de ce voisinage, RAGIFOR HEY n'a pu dissimuler le malaise que lui inspire le ton acerbe de la presse soviétique à l'égard de son pays. Il m'a (2340) rappelé tous les arguments qui plaident en faveur du maintien de la neutralité turque, neutralité qui ne laissa pas d'exposer son pays au danger d'une agression allemande et qui rendit un inappréciable service à la cause des Alliés aux heures les plus critiques de la guerre.
