Je vous serais en conséquence reconnaissant (3939) intervenir auprès autorités américaines compétentes pour que soit délivré à M. KAPLAN visa nécessaire à l'entrée sur territoire des Etats-Unis. Pour coniîmer les informations de mon télégrame ne $19^{\circ}$ du 14 courant je signale à V.E. l'émission de ce matin de la B.B.C. de Londres, en longue espagnole, par le comentateur colombien ANGELI. Cette mission est retransmise par plusieurs postes de Colombie et de Chili. Comment, les difficultés politiques des Gouvernements ocóga, polonais, grec et italien, ANGELI fait ressortir la mabíre dont le Gouvernement français a réussi à intégrer les forces françaises de l'intérieur dans les cadres de l'armée régulière, et qui ces éléments prenant part à la bataille de libération en libace, ont ainsi trouvé le moyen montrer leur volonté de contribuer à la victoire des alliés par des faits d'armes remarquables. (47) Le commentateur a terminé en déclarant qu'une fois de plus notre peuple donne l'exemple de la sagesse politique, de son union, et démontre la profonde volonté de redressement de la France. Cette attitude anglaise contraste (étrangement) avec le ton des démêches adressées aux journaux du pays de ma résidence par les correspondants des agences AP et UP et leurs informations, fréquemment tendenoieuses, quant à la France.

Par exemple, la presse de ce matin reproduit deux cégóches de chacune de ces deux agences (40) dont l'une, de Paris, laisse supposer que le Gouvernement du Général DE GAULLE joue un double jeu à l'égard du Général FRANCO et des républicains espagnols en constituant en France "une sorte de consulat républicain fréquent d'occasent des réfunćes" et l'autre, de Moscou, indique que la Russie "n'ayant pas oublié le blocus de 1919, l'accord entre les deux pays sera plus difficile, d'autant plus que le Gouvernement français a reconnu le Gouvernement du Général FRANCO
