Guerre et classe ouvrière a publié dans son no 18 un nouvel article sur la nécessité du démembrement de la Prusse dont je vous envoie l'analyse en clair sous le no 176. L'auteur en est l'historien et académicien TARLE, dont je vous avals dâs 1942 signalé une conférence sur les (sic) traités de Nestphalie où se trouvaient déjà exposées les idées directices de la politique soviétique à l'égard de l'Allemagne dont la (28363) réduction territoriale aussi large que possible et le morcellement en plusieurs états restaurés sur leurs fondements historiques, leurs traditions vivaces et leurs caractères particuliers ethniques, géographiques, sociaux et religieux étaient déjà indiqués comme la seule solution équitable, pratique et durable du problème germanique.

L'article de TARLE est une nouvelle affirmation de la volonté bien arrêtée du Gouvernement des Soviets de porter à la ligne de l'oder les frontières occidentales de la Pologne, c'est-à-dire du monde slave. Depuis mon 1915-38, la presse soviétique quotidienne a été dans l'ensemble assez pauvre en texte sur la France. Aucun article. Une longue dépêche du correspondant particulier de Pravda à l'occasion du 75ième anniversaire de MARCEL GADHIN.

Une vingtaine d'informations TASS en tout et plusieurs relatives à l'épuration, et plusieurs d'entre elles soulignant le mécontentement soulevé par ses insuffisances (protestation du Front National, grève des postiers de Paris, plaintes de la Commission de l'Information, etc.) Aujourd'hui (28401) les journaux publient en grande vedette le message par lequel le .U. parisien de la ... exprime à la Russie la reconnaissance du peuple français. Pravda fait suivre ce texte d'un télégramme TASS intitulé "L'Observer" à propos du mécontentement dans les F F I et dont voici traduction intégrale: "Le correspondant parisien de L'Observer, BRONE, écrit que les F F I ne sont aucunement satisfaites de l'attitude à leur égard du Gouvernement du Général DE GAULLE ainsi que des chefs américains. Bien que le Général DE GAULLE ait promis que les F F I deviendraient (28402) le noyau de la nouvelle armée française, trois bataillons seulement ont été formés et c'est individuellement que les hommes ont été incorporés."

Le correspondant déclare: "Le Gouvernement s'efforce de faire retourner dans les industries le plus possible de F F I. Et cela ne leur plaît pas. Les hommes déclarent qu'on doit attendre la fin de la guerre. Les F F I veulent également prendre part à l'occupation de l'Allemagne." BRONE souligne que les F F I veulent combattre les allemands en terre allemande mais qu'on ne leur permet pas. Ce ne sont pas les Français mais les Alliés qui (28403) s'y opposent et notamment les chefs de corps de la 1ère et de la 31ème armée américaine. Le Commandement américain à la frontière luxembourgeoise n'a pas autorisé à participer à la bataille un détachement de F F I qui s'était couvert de gloire à Paris.
