Pour la première fois, le Premier Ministre ajourne
sans cesse ma demande d'audience. Depuis quelques
jours, il s'excuse en raison de longueur et
importance de séance de cabinet (en) préparation
de la rouverture du parlement.
L'embâras du gouvernement paraît toujours
extrême. J'ai lieu de penser que l'accord est
loin d'être réalisé avec Washington qui, invoquant
des raisons de principe, ... ralt avait conclu
du ... ant.
La presse ne porte ces jours-ci à la
question qu'un intérêt magre et anecdotique.
