Fil Fraser had a very successful career in radio and film, and he was recognised for his accomplishments with many awards. Just like a veteran wears his military awards as a constant reminder of what they has accomplished, Fil Fraser did the same thing. He came to the Canadian Prairies and found a lot of success and earned the medals in this picture and so many other awards.
