The organization’s mission is to sponsor and provide different kinds of philanthropy geared towards the environment. Also, to raise funds to reward people and organizations who have made amazing efforts to protect the environment. The organization also tries to abide by the principle of “using what is taken from the people to serve for the people, protecting the environment and working for the benefits of mankind” (China Environmental Protection Foundation, 2010).
