“On May 25, 2002, the Banff Centre for the Arts produced An Aboriginal Journey with Brecht. Uta Birnbaum and Stefan Scheuz, assisted by Alanis King (Odawa) and Robin Melting Tallow (Cree/Metis), directed the workshop, which included performers Muriel Miguel (Kuna-Rappahannock), Michelle Thrush (Cree), Lorne Cardinal (Cree), Sam Bob (Salish), Sid Bobb (Metis/Salish), Jonathan Fisher (Anishinaabe), Shaneen Ann Fox (Blackfoot), Cheri Maracle (Haudenosaunee), Jeremy Proulx (Anishinaabe) and Amy White (Anishinaabe).” (Carter, Note 1, p. 198)
