Composition history: Jesse Hampsch composed "Who Has Seen the Wind?" when he was a graduate student, Master's of Music in Choral Conducting at the University of Idaho, Moscow, Idaho. It awarded him the Graduate Student category prize of Seattle-based Opus 7 Vocal Ensemble's Student Choral Composition Awards for 2015-2016.
