I Sur la demande des services de MONNET j'ai fait une démarche auprès du Général LUCIUS CLAY, adjoint du Général SOMERVEL, afin qu'il autorise ses services à fournir à votre Commissariat le matériel de santé et d'intendance qui vous (est) nécessaire pour équiper des centres de transit, d'accueil et d'hébergement.

II Le général CLAY m'a promis d'examiner très favorablement cette question et j'attends incessamment sa réponse définitive que je vous ferai connaître aussitôt que possible.
