Beirut reports that, although the information services of the delegation and the publishing company LES LETTRES FRANÇAISES have attended to the distribution of French newspapers and other publications since 1941, prior to this time a monopoly was exercised by the MAISON MACHETTE. Beirut asks if this monopoly is to be extended, or what other arrangement is to be made.
