The supply commission sends a detailed list of changes to be made in the eight-month plan. Certain products are to be bought in England instead of the United States: metals and ore, agricultural products, textiles and leather, iron products, and certain medical supplies which are to be arranged for jointly by England and the United States. Regulations for certain of these products already made in the United States will be cancelled. A study is being made of certain articles to be obtained from the colonies and from other countries instead of from the United States, where arrangements had already been made to provide them.
