NORREAL asks for authority to pay the Canadian Red Cross for parcels sent to French prisoners-of-war between November 9th and January 4th.
No also asks for instructions regarding a further shipment which will have to be paid for either by funds transferred from the United States or from the French funds frozen in Canada. Otherwise the order will have to be cancelled.
