French political prisoners liberated by the Russian advance through Poland and Germany are now being flown out by the route Roscoe-Teharan-Damascus-Algiers-Paris. Two trips have already been made, and the military mission in Teheran anticipates more. Since there may be an increasing number of French nationals arriving in the Near East by this route (deported persons, refugees, prisoners of war), BEYNET would like authorization to spend up to 100 francs a day per person in case of necessity.
