Malgré les irrégularités dont fut entachée élection du nouveau Président de la République du Salvador (je me réfère au téléphone du 17 janvier de M. NEMBEL), il est probable que le Gouvernement américain le reconnaître après son entrée en fonctions le 1er mars prochain. ... et les autres républiques de ce continent suivront sans doute son exemple.

Je serais reconnaissant à V.E. de vouloir bien me faire savoir par le télégraphe si je puis adopter même attitude en temps opportun.
