I hear from a reliable source that Yugoslavia and Bulgaria, whose contact with each other had hitherto been assured through the medium of semi-official representatives, were about to reestablish normal diplomatic relations, and to appoint Plenipotentiary Ministers, respectively, in the two capitals.
General LOPOVITCH, a semi-official representative of Marshal TITO in Bulgaria, has been absent from --1M-- for several weeks.
