**BUFFETOY** reports that the organizations in charge of the War Charities drive want the principal speaker for the opening rally at Constitution Hall to be a former member of the French Resistance movement. He points out the importance of choosing the right speaker for such an important occasion, when France will represent all the occupied countries in Europe.
