- The special criminal court handed cases of speculation in (pharmaceutical products). In the first case a penalty of 6 months to one year in prison was imposed. In the second there was a --d-- of 5000 to 288,000 francs.

As the yearly allotment from the commun fund, for the agents of the economic police, as under the law of 14 March 1942, allows recompense to be awarded rightful claimants only too late --1M--, the Department was asked to modify this text with a view to ensuring bonuses being allotted more quickly.
