1. Petrolatum. I hope to be in a position shortly to conclude an agreement for the delivery of the first installment of 500 tons at the price agreed FCO CURTICI of 50,000 lei a ton; the seller, the VACUUM COMPANY having agreed to a 7% refund on this price to the Ministry of Finance. The seller will not be able to deliver the second installment at the price offered of 50,000 lei (Part 2) a ton unless the purchasing group is in a position to put tank cars (7with coils?) at their disposal. For delivery in cases it retains the price of 58,000 lei --7N--.
