be transferred by the buyers to a bank and payment made for each

5. The agent of the buyers will build the necessary warehouses
after consultation with the COMPTOIRb as to the best geographical
distribution without involving the COMPTOIRb in the actual construction or costs.

6. The agent of the buyers will officially notify the delegate
of the trade association as to the place of storage and the quantity
stored for each buyer, so as to keep the individual lots separately
identified in unmistakable fashion.
