Please find hereinafter the general conditions under which private purchases of rubber are effected. The private buyers are taking X tons of rubber, with a tolerance of 1% above or below the net weight, under the following conditions:
1. The rubber may come from any plantation, without discrimination.
2. The quality of the plantation rubber calls for certain percentages of different grades, specifications, and denominations specified by the COMPTOIR. The grades will be endorsed by the agent of the buyers, (after presentation of ?) a (? bill certifying delivery so that the ?) discounts corresponding to grades shall be the same as those applicable to (?deliveries ?) to the Treasury.
3. The price of 16 francs per kilogram net will be accepted at the time of delivery, subject to the terms (? for the different kinds of ?) packing adopted for deliveries to the Treasury.
