I refer to your telegram No. 3967 of 3 July.

The O.F.I. broadcasts have been interrupted by cutting of the cables. Allow me to point out to you that Vichy has its radio center at Boanne, which transmits the broadcasts to Indo-China. The cutting was due to sabotage. The head of the O.F.I announces that broadcasts were resumed yesterday during the evening.
