For SOCIETY AIR LIGHTS, 65 Rue Paul Cazeneuve,
Lyons, from Mr. WELSHIOR.
Referring to my telegram 398-399*.
Kobe informs us that by agreement with the French authorities nothing is being attempted for the moment, with a view to modifying the present situation.

Yen the capital of KDA, our subscription being immediately revertible to us, in case of 10% performance of the contract. We have seen MERANIDE, who made a good impression on us.
