I authorize the sale by the COMPTOIR at 16 francs per kilogram loco, at the warehouses in Saigon, all taxes included, of the following quantities of rubber:
1. 170 metric tons to the COMPTOIR LYONNAIS D'INFORTATION in Saigon, 123 Blvd. de la Somme, acting as agents for the successors of VLYSSE SUCLA and Company.
2. 165 tons (1016 kilograms to the ton) to the SOCIETE ANONYME FRANCAISE POUR L'INFORTATION DU CAOUTONOUGD (ALCAN and Company) acting as agents for various spinning firms of metropolitan France.
