Telegram very corrupt. The only readable part (no 404) deals with the American raids on the Bonin and (Vol)cano Islands. BACHI says that it is obvious that the Americans intend to land there soon in order to reduce the military installations which might interfere with raids on Tokyo. Signed COSNE.
