No. 11327
For the SOCIETE FRANCAISE DES POWPES DE DRAVUEURS ET TRAVAUX PUBLICS, 10 RUE CAMBACERES, PARIS.
#16. Following a bombardment and machine-gunning, the dredge #2, "TOSKIN", was sunk. There are four dead --N-- European personnel unhurt. Provided it suffers no more damages, it will be easily raised. Work has probably stopped for good. --d-- because of this act beyond our control. I have asked the administration for an indemnification.
