Would you please inform immediately our ministry of Foreign Affairs, which I have not yet been able to contact, that it is in a position to communicate with the French posts of the Far East (Tokyo, Peiping, Bangkok) through the Shanghai radio station, the call signs of which are known to the Roanne stations. Affectionately and joyously yours.

2. This is one of the first examples of what may prove to be very confusing: Traffic between Vichy French adherents and Free French adherents.
