M. MENKI BOURASSA of Montreal would be happy to arrange to send to our Consul-General in --- a cheque for 20,000 francs to pay for the published works of Cardinal GER. I who is known to him personally, I should be glad if you would let me know the date when this sum should be sent which was deposited in our cash account for October 2nd under receipt No. 2 with the title of administrative correspondence.
