- The extension is as follows:
1. "Be it decreed that no one can carry out diplomatic or consular duties who has not taken the oath of allegiance to the President."
The form of oath to be taken is as follows:
"I shall be faithful to the person of the President, engaging myself to carry out my duties for the good of the state according to the laws of honour and integrity."
2. "The present decree shall be published in the Official Journal and executed as a law of the State."
