Referring to your telegram No. 37.* On December 13 I sent to the Department the following telegram, numbered 372,** which was not received:

"Referring to your telegram No. 232.* The government has only told me that the suppliant is actually living here. I requested a second time for the information particularly concerning the whereabouts of COLL during October last. I shall telegraph you the reply immediately it is received.
