1) A credit of 12,000 francs has been opened according to chapter F article ... of the budget of 1942, for your travelling expenses. It will be increased if the occasion should arise for you to go to Winnipeg and Vancouver.

2) The following credits are opened on the same fund for the consular posts as follows:

Vancouver 6,500 francs;
Winnipeg ... francs.
