1900 – The Cohen Brothers Ltd., finding their factory “so much over-crowded” prepares to moves to “the splendid stone building on the north side of Adelaide Street a few doors west of Yonge Street, formerly occupied by McBurney, Beatty Bicycle Company, as a factory”, this 24 Adelaide St. W.
