1922 – The Radio Valve Co. of Canada (RVC) is incorporated as a spinoff from General Electric Canada, intended to specifically manufacture radio valves. (“RVC”; Murray)
1923 – The company entered into an agreement with the Canadian Marconi Co. to be the exclusive manufacturing arm for Marconi in Canada, selling all of its Marconi valves to Canadian Marconi only.
