Fil Fraser's Director Chair

Dublin Core

Title

Fil Fraser's Director Chair

Description

This chair that Fil Fraser usually used while directing movies is a testament to his successful career in film. Although his most impressive achievement may be seen as becoming the first Black Broadcaster, after moving to the Canadian Prairies, Fil Fraser had many film accomplishments. The pursuit of film directing is not easy, and having movies that reach the highest grossing in the country is a testament to Fil Fraser. Not only was he able to reach this achievement, but he also did it at a time when Black Canadians had a difficult time achieving these things.
