Title
A Cinema of Duty: The Films of Jennifer Hodge De Silva.
Description
Now this is a section of a magazine that talks all about the films of Jennifer Hodge De Silva. It talks about her earliest time in the film field even starting in 1973 with her York Uni diploma. Then it talks about her time with the NFB and CBC and it talks about her legacy she left behind up until her passing in 1989 leaving the note one can only speculate about the films JHDS might have made. It shows the overall impact of Jennifer Hodge de Silva's films because it expresses the gratitude for her works as well as shows praise for what she has done for the Black Canadian directing community.
