eve rain
Got the telegraph wire put into my observatory. Met the superintendent of C. P. R. Telegraphs B. S. Jenkins, also an old acquaintance Cap’n Norman.
Raining this evening I could do no astronomie work so I prepared questions for the approaching [D. J. L] communications. A heavy rain evening [on at night] I accompanied Mrs. Pattinson + Madgie [___] who were calling on Marie.
