Description

They Both Die at the End is a story about two young men named Mateo and Rufus whose lives intersect when each gets a call telling him he is going to die that day and they connect via an app called Last Friend. This book allows readers to follow along on their journey of making their End Day the best day ever. The story is told in the first person from the points of view of the two primary characters and in the third person from the perspective of a variety of minor characters. Rufus is a bisexual Cuban American; Matteo is a gay (closeted until his end day) Puerto Rican.
