While not wishing to anticipate the development of the situation in Finland, I beg you to request the Turkish government to assure the protection of our interests in Finland, in case military events may oblige our Minister to leave the city of Helsingfors.

If that should be the case, inform (Yme?) as soon as possible, that the Turkish Government has given its representatives proper instructions to this effect.
