- have brought the war to her own territories. But our other possessions are such that ---. As long as we resist (aggression ?), so serious is the situation throughout a third of the world, --- that it may still be possible that the sun will shine beyond the sea.
We have recently thanked the United States again for their sympathy of which we have had numerous happy proofs, and asked them not to make our problems more difficult by (official action ?). Especially, we have asked that, as much as possible, they should consider all the circumstances rather than our immediate military difficulties.
