From July 1 your grant for living expenses will be 120,000 francs. From the same date your legation is reclassed as in Zone III. Salaries for under-secretaries are fixed as follows:

Secretary to the ambassador, class I, 110,000 francs, Consuls 70,000 francs.

Detailed instructions will be sent later concerning these sums and those additional payments to be made to agents.
