Referring to my letter No. 100 of September .. Captain Haro (Diva?), formerly attached to the Mexican legation in France, must produce, for official reasons, proof of his attendance at and his diploma from the school of Political Science. He wrote his examinations in Paris in April, 1941, before leaving for Mexico.

He would be very grateful if you could let me know by telegraph the results of his examination and whether his diploma has been forwarded.
