Message No. 247.
This is to inform you of the project of sending to South America an official French mission headed by M. ANEL GANICE, whose orders are signed by officials of the Bureau of Information. This mission is a commercial one, and M. GANICE has been charged by me with no official propaganda duties; it is for purposes of study. The Minister of Information hopes that entry visas will be granted to the members of the GANICE mission by Venezuela, all of whom are French.
