Message No. 672.
Referring to your telegram of December 12, 1941. The Minister of Information tells me that the mission, headed by M. ABEL GANIGE, is strictly French in character and has no German or Italian connections, either officially or privately. The GANIGE mission is a commercial one, and is charged with no official propaganda. The purpose of the voyage is to study conditions, and the Minister of Information hopes that entry visas will be granted to the members of the GANIGE mission by Argentina, all of whom are Frenchmen; reply to this telegram.
DIPLOMATIC.
