Message No. 672.
Referring to your telegram x of December 12, 1941. The Minister of Information tells me that the mission, headed by M. ABEL GANICE, is strictly French in character and has no German or Italian connections, either officially or privately. The GANICE mission is a commercial one, and is charged with no official propaganda. The purpose of the voyage is to study conditions, and the Minister of Information hopes that entry visas will be granted to the members of the GANICE mission by Argentina, all of whom are Frenchmen; reply to this telegram.
DIPLOMATIC.
