From information gathered by the Minister for
Agriculture it appears that the blockade would justify at
present, without first-rate (? collateral ?)⁶, the purchase
in Spain by the General Supply Office of products, such as sar-
dines packed in oil, which up to this time were subject to
severe conditions of (? collateral ?).⁶

Please verify this information. Do you consider that
such purchases could be made more easily with foreign bills
or by clearing with repayment in so-called "medium" products?
