Our Minister at Lisbon informs me that his telegrams for France are no longer accepted either by Portuguese radio stations or by (?Marconigrams?) and he therefore requests me to forward to the Department, by radio or by wire, the telegrams which he proposes to send me for you.

I shall, until further notice, assure these transmissions which I shall introduce by the usual word according to the orders of circular WC ${ }^{a}$ of 15 April 1934.
