Description
Small, roughly oval, buff object in the shape of a scarab beetle. The top is incised with shell and head details, and the bottom is flat with incised hieroglyphs; all incisions are coloured reddish-brown. There is a hole lengthwise from the head to the rear indicating that it could possibly be a bead. However, the fact that the hieroglyphs are reversed suggests that it might have been used as a seal.
